Wheel nuts - the original rusty one above and new one from a well known wheel specialist that does not fit.
I have TSSC club Minilite replica wheels called AlleyCat on my car for years. They were made by the Two Gates company I think. The nuts I need fit to 3/8" UNF inch studs and use a 3/4" inch UNF spanner to fit/remove. Non dome nuts would be best. Shank length on the exiting nuts is 16mm anything longer and the washer will not be pressed against the wheel.
The washer are not flat they have a bevelled edge which is difficult to describe and picture. From this picture you can see the holes in the wheel are not flat.
The rusty washer is original the shiny one is new but does not fit because it is not bevelled.
OK STEVE, THESE ARE 3/8" UNF THREAD, 17MM HEX HEAD ( DON'T KNOW HOW IMPORTANT THIS IS), 16MM DIAMETER SHANK, 13MM SHANK LENGTH, 6MM THICK WASHER WITH 2MM BEVEL ON ONE SIDE.
WITH WASHER FITTED, SHANK LENGTH IS 10MM, GOOD ENOUGH TO LOCATE WHEEL.
I DO THESE FOR £2 PER NUT PLUS POST ANY QUANTITY.
LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK, CHEERS, RUSS.
